The best way to do it is use a service like “PDF Converter” to convert paper format into electronic format, and copy all the info into a spreadsheet. It takes a little time to implement, but it will be worth it. The best thing is that if you forget to put the information in the PDF file, you can easily download it and convert it to your preference, and the file still can be opened with Acrobat.
