Open a PDF file saved on your desktop or copy one onto the desktop. Step 2. Choose a file type from the dropdown menu of the Page Setup tool. Click OK in the bottom-right corner when you're finished. Step 3. Specify the layout you want by clicking on the Page Layout Panel option, as shown here: The page area is the area for printing the printed sheet. Step 4. Choose one of the four options to get started. Select one of the four pages to be your working area. Step 5. Click Print, as shown here: Then, save your PDF file to the desktop or copy it over to your computer.
