So I have a PDF that is it's in Spanish and I want to translate it it's sitting on my desktop and what I can do is I can bring it into Google Drive so I'm just going to drag it in there and it's downloading but it's still a PDF I need to convert it to a Google Doc in order to use the translate tool so I can right click on it and then click open with Google Docs and then it will translate it all I'm sorry it will make a Google Doc okay just give it a second and then I just want to clean up and make sure it goes into the correct folder so whenever you convert a document you just want to make sure that it stays in the folder that you wanted to use so now when I click on translated documents I should see two documents the PDF and the converted document I'm not going to work with the PDF anymore so I can right click on it and then just remove it and then just focus on this document okay so it's in Spanish and I need to convert it to English so what I can do is I think it's under tools tools and translate document and I'm going to translate this document into the language English that I can read so if I click on that and click on translate it opens up a new document so hello my name is Nichole thanks and again I want to make sure it goes into that correct folder so I would click on move to find the folder that I wanted to my translated Documents folder here it is and move it to there okay and then when you look in your translated Documents folder you should see - this one so this one was the Spanish copy but this one should be the English copy I can open it up to make sure there's the English copy and then I can just rename it English copy of this document and that's it and that's how you convert a PDF into a Google Doc so you can translate it into English or whatever language you want thanks a lot.
